You can rent a PA-30 at Star-Bright Aviation for $195 AND walk all of 30 seconds out of the housing and be at the plane.

But its not Flight Safety. Here you can fly lots of night & actual, pretty much whenever you want.

It's $265 dual for the Seneca II and Sececa III's at Paris air.

$339 dual. Not sure about solo. They don't even allow solo rentals of the PA44. They used to offer rentals to FSA's CIME graduates. There had to be two graduates in the plane or an instructor. I'm not so sure if they offer this anymore. It's cheaper to rent from Sun anyway.

yeah, but only after spending a ton of money on the checkout process... not worth it IMO
