Search On For Missing Plane In Stafford Co.

Remarkable... just what my parents like to hear. I'm always grilled about small plane crashes by my mom, expecting me to know exactly what happened, why it happened, and an assurance I'd never repeat it (duh).

On the topic, did they ever find out what happened to the plane crash up at JYO a few months ago? Any speculation?

Unless they put a control tower in at RMN, which I am sure they did not, he didn't get cleared to land!

Get it right, people!

Mins for the ILS approach:

396 & 3/4

apt elevation: 212

so if my 1st cup of coffee thinking is correct:

ovc at 500 plus the apt elevetion of 212....
cloud base was 712

mins are 396 + the 212 elevation = 698

Dang that is cutting it real close.......
