Reporting to the Scheduling Department Manager and Assistant Manager, your role is vital in maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards. If you are passionate about aviation and safety, this is the role for you.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Liaison with the Scheduling Department Manager to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.</li> <li>Coordinate safe and efficient flight operations, adhering to domestic and foreign regulations.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with flight crews to monitor and support flights.</li> <li>Develop, review, and distribute flight itineraries with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service.</li> <li>Assist flight crews in assessing operational conditions, including weather, airport facilities, and aircraft performance.</li> <li>Monitor and communicate changes in operational and meteorological conditions to flight crews.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date flight progress information and share it with relevant parties.</li> <li>Interface with insurance, medical providers, and patients’ families to coordinate logistics and payments.</li> <li>Communicate with Air Traffic Control when necessary and initiate incident/accident procedures.</li> <li>Address issues with Maintenance, the PIC, and Flight Operations Management related to deviations from standard.</li> <li>Coordinate airport handling, including diversions to alternate airports when needed.</li> <li>Adhere to economic petroleum policies to maximize profitability while prioritizing safety.</li> <li>Perform ground handling tasks when Maintenance personnel are unavailable.</li> <li>Perform any other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
