In this flight<br />department, these duties may be accomplished by the Aviation Department Manager or assigned as<br />collateral duties to the flight crew or administrative personnel. The person responsible for<br />scheduling the aircraft, including those holding a Certified Aircraft Dispatcher certificate shall have<br />knowledge of the company operations manual and procedures, national and international (if<br />applicable) regulations and standards, and the company aircraft, including IS-BAO requirements among others. </div><div> </div><div>The person shall also have effective communication skills and defined methods to communicate to crewmembers, maintenance<br />personnel, and company personnel. The position generally requires knowledge and skill with<br />computer software, including FOS, Stellar, ARINC etc.</div><div> </div><div></div>
