Salary and Vacation

Hi guys,
I have a friend who is an ATC guy here in Moscow Russia. He was asking what the pay and salary of a new controller would be, a mid ranking one, and a senior one. Looks like they are trying to compare their QOL. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

0-3 yrs - 13 days annual leave per year

3-15 yrs - 20 days/yr

15 and greater - 26 days/yr
