Problem Safari on iOS devices

When I'm browsing the forum on my iphone and I have a thread already up, I'll hit refresh after a while to see updates. The problem I have is when I do that, the pages "holds" onto a certain post even if there are more posts after that until the page is COMPLETLY finished loading. So even if I try to scroll to look at the new posts, it "snaps" back to that post I was on before. Frustrating to when I want to skip ahead to see juxtapilot funny posts and it keeps going back to dasleben post.

I quit perusing the site on safari because of that annoying snap. If you're on iPad it's def worth getting Tapatalk. Not sure about alternatives on desktop platform.

I should specify that it's only on the iPhone I have this issue. I use tapatalk a fair amount now anyways, but when I want to check for PM's by the underground JC network, I use iOS safari. No problems on firefox on my desktop.
