RVSM aghme flight

Our Citation II has the collins tdr90 transponder which is mode c. It is my understanding that the aghme fly over stations only work with a mode s transponder. Has anyone accomplished an aghme flight with the tdr90 transponder?

I have a friend with an SII and your transponders and it did not work. Works fine in our Ultra with the mode S.
