“If you have buddies that want to get on at UA, RTAG is the place this year. United is going to interview onsite (which they never do) 30 to 60 people. Requirements needed: Unrestricted ATP, current class one medical and 750 hours of turbine time. Sign up will be at www.RTAG.org and opens tomorrow at 6:30pm Eastern.

On top of this, RTAG is also going to be a preference in their system for hiring for the next couple months. If you are screened at RTAG, you will have preferential points added to your App to get an in person interview.

The convention is October 7-8 at the Dallas Fort Worth convention center. Military members are free to attend.”

Edit: I haven’t seen that information about on-site interviews and preferential points come out officially, but the source seems credible.

Minimum Requirements are the following:

Certification Requirements:
• Unrestricted ATP
• Current FAA first class medical
• FCC restricted radiotelephone operator permit

Flight Time:
• Minimum 1500 hours of total time
• Prefer 1000 hours, minimum 750 fixed wing turbine time
• 100 hours of flight time within the past 12 months

General Requirements:
• Current passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining at time of employment
• Legal right to work in US without sponsorship
• Must be able to travel freely within the US and without restriction to all countries United serves
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability within 6 months

Not before time. Sovereign EU carriers still hiring 300hr FOs. I'd much rather be flying stateside.
