I am also looking for a roommate as well if anyone doesn't mind or (women) prefer to room with a female. I wonder how tough this training is going to be? has anyone heard anything about it, is this going to be like law school? Im just surprised i havent seen many people speak on it...:rawk:

Not that there aren't ways to make rooming together profitable, but any FAA approved housing (or housing that accepts credit card payments) is covered directly by the government up to $50.

So if you split a 2 bedroom you don't pay a thing and you get $30 a day for food etc...

If you get a 1 bedroom by yourself you still don't pay a thing and still get $30 a day for food etc..

You only get $80 a day if the place you stay doesn't accept credit cards, but all FAA approved housing accepts credit cards.

I found a place thats $25 3bedroom for (two people only). we would both get a seperate lease and be able to make $80.00 each for per diem...

Good luck with that.
The FAA pays them directly. Up to $50 a day, you don't get the rest.

Don't get fired over something stupid.
