RNAV Missed Approach Points.

How do you ID some of the missed approach points for the RNAV IAPs that have MDAs? I know if a LPV DA or LNAV/VNAV DA, you hit that point, no runway environment, you go missed. My question is when you come down to the MDA on a RNAV approach, where is the missed approach point? Do you stay at the MDA until the runway fix then go missed? I'm guessing the fix is in the database. The IAP doesn't make it clear. Any clarification would be appreciated.

I have never seen one NOT identified. It is RWxx, should ne a dashed line or M at that point as well

Uh... yeah. It's right there on the chart. Usually "RWYXX" or something like that. Then the GPS suspends (unless you have a WAAS reciever, I think) and you either land or activate the missed approach.
