RISE, on paper, is a private air travel membership service; however as a company we aim to be so much more. We are on track to revolutionize the air travel experience by creating a complete RISE experience, not just a mode of transportation. As Nick Kennedy, RISE CEO and founder, describes his vision of what he set out to do,
“I determined that I would find a way to make travel better for myself and other time-starved entrepreneurs and executives. The solution had to be accessible – a justifiable expense, not a luxury. It had to be simple, elegant, safe, and convenient. And most of all it had to give us all two things that we’ve lost in commercial air travel – time and dignity.”
Flight Controllers are one of the most critical operational elements of RISE. Rise Operations Controller will maintain oversight and safe execution of daily RISE flights and is central to the success of daily operations of RISE. As part of the Operations team, you coordinate and support charter operators while transitioning into hosting a Flight by RISE. You will also support the RISE Representative team in their duties of welcoming and care for our members, and in cases of delay or travel challenges, provide situational guidance towards innovative, ideal travel solutions.
As a Flight Controller you are also responsible for allocating resources to required flight schedules. Flight Controllers are expected to maintain positive relationships with flight operators and FBOs, provides proactive guidance communications to key operational partners. RISE Flight Controllers analyze actual flight data on an ongoing basis and utilizes for accurate projecting and planning.
