Returning Pilot Needs Advice

I flew C208's for Mid Atlantic Freight out of Texas before 911 and left the industry knowing that hiring would stagnate and that I would suffer economically staying in that position much longer. Now my circumstances have changed and I am desiring to fly again but the time away makes me wonder about what I need to do to be attractive and competitive again for a 135 position.
Where should I start my return? Or how should I prepare?

You should first get current. Then look at what is opened out there and start applying. I left the 121 world in 07 and I am trying to get back in. I have stayed current with instructing on the side and ferry flying. So as long as you meet the mins. for places, apply and keep calling you might get an interview. Good luck!
