I work for a place that uses two operating certifications under different parts of the FARs. When I go to apply places, is it acceptable to put both airlines or just the one that actually pays me? Don’t want to get rejected just on the basis of an employment verification issue.

I’d say the one your employed under. But you can always put in the job description or details dispatch for x and y airline under part xyz
