This is mostly general curiosity, but according to the TWU site, RPA's current contract should have expired. If possible, does anyone there know if they got a new one and what it entails? Would be good to know. Thanks all!

CBAs don't really "expire". They become amendable after the end date. You pretty much never see a "new" contract but will frequently see changes to the old one then a new effective date slapped on it. Those changes can be anything in the contract whether it's pay or work rules. But yeah, you wouldn't really ever want to entirely throw away your "old" contract, easier to build on it.
Regarding RPAs current situation, I know nothing about it.

The last I heard, RPA was going to arbitration on their contract, basically it's when neither side is seeing any progress in getting a new contract, then they can request a federal arbitrator come in and see if they can help the process along. But yes, the old contract continues in place until a new deal is agreed to and voted on by the membership. Sometimes it can take years past when the contract ends to get a new one, unfortunately.
