Has anyone out there recently went through the Republic Cadet interview process? I have an interview set up soon, and was curious to hear anyone else's feedback that may have went through the process recently regarding what sort of questions they faced, etc. This will be my first airline interview, and I really do hope for things to go well. Republic seems like a great regional, and I would love to hopefully fit the bill to get on board. The recruiter tells you on the phone that from a technical perspective, expect to decode a METAR, TAF, and brief a Jepp approach plate.
