Reporting Holter monitor results

Greetings Dr...

Just have a couple questions regarding reporting formalities. I currently hold a 2nd class medical and have been living abroad in Japan for a couple of years. I'm 28 and began feeling PVCs a few times daily last summer. I had a 24-hour Holter, blood testing, and echocardiogram done last fall. Blood tests were negative for thyroid or significant cardiac enzyme findings and echo was great. The Holter found 23 PVCs on the strip and identified them as benign in origin (is that the software that does that or the cardiologist?) The cardiologist said their shape was benign and said drug treatment was likely more harmful than helpful. I don't have any significant family cardiac history except for a great grandmother who had DVT and mother's hypertension.

I plan to return to the states and apply for a 1st class medical soon...am I required to report all of these findings and attach all records with application? Just wondering as the Holter report is many pages. Will I need to have a stress test done to satisfy the FAA? Many thanks for your advice in advance as I wasn't able to find my answers in the FAA's online information.

You should plan on sending everything you have to the FAA (for any class of certificate). If you are young, they may not ask for a treadmill
