Reno Controller experiencing severe chest pain audio

It was chilling to listen to, as it would be hearing anyone in that much pain. No clue on how he is doing. Im assuming he is alive since im sure they would have said at least something if he did pass away.

That's pretty tough...he deserves a bonus for even trying to continue working in the middle of all that. I'm sure the FAA will reward him generously for his efforts :sarcasm:

“We have always staffed to traffic and if there's only enough traffic for one controller, it doesn't make sense to have two controllers working the radar room,” he said.
There have been absolutely no delays or safety issues in or around Reno due to staffing levels,” Gregor added. “The controller union leadership is very good at making dramatic, alarmist pronouncements, but not so good at providing evidence to support their claims.”

Wow, sounds like the FAA is REAL concerned about their employees

I guess they don't know the meaning of the word "contingency."

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
