I mean a wholly owned regional is *probably* better than a contract regional since you won't have to worry about the flying contract suddenly disappearing and being reallocated to another company you do not have seniority with....

Wholly owned (for security)

A good mix of lifers who stay because they like the airline/area and are fine with the pay Whilst having solid turnover to majors at the lower end.
