PM sentWeird. Part 91? 121? 135?
No. PIC only. This is for outside the US flying. Not under US Rules. What is your role in the aircraft going to be? SIC only?
What do you do when your new company is making you do a recurrent for an initial when you've never flown the plane before? Yes, it is a type for outside the US. We have 4 days to do it in as well. I was told I would have the initial class but that changed.
Laughs in MaldivianSounds like you're getting set up for failure.
Although some countries' idea of a checkride is laughably easy, so...
KA260 with Fusion. ever flown it before and I'm dropped in a recurrent class. How can they give you a recurrent on an airplane you are not even typed on?
OP, I assume this isn’t your first jet?
KA200 with Fusion.PIC with no prior experience in the plane = full initial in my book (assuming it's a plane that requires a type rating(?)).
Don't need a type rating for the King Air 200 (unless it exceeds 12.5K lbs).KA200 with Fusion.
Nope. Except B100 in 2017.Don't need a type rating for the King Air 200 (unless it exceeds 12.5K lbs).
Do you have King Air experience?
You’ll be fine. The avionics are probably what will hold you back the most. If you have turboprop experience, it should be relatively painless. With that said, I would question any operation cheaping out on training. Who knows what other corners they cut in the operation?Nope. Except B100 in 2017.
It's no type rating in the US, but it might be under whatever rules the plane is being operated under.Don't need a type rating for the King Air 200 (unless it exceeds 12.5K lbs).
