Ready for Training Checklist

I'm looking to make a very simple check list to put in a students folder. My problem is the TSA requirements, I don't know all of them. Does anyone have a list like this already made up that they wouldn't mind me altering and using?

If not, can someone link me to a site that has a detailed list of TSA requirements before we start training?

That'll do. Not looking for anyone in particular, I just need to make my own list for building a folder. It's the final step I have to finish up the student folders for my course. :) I just had to make sure I didn't miss anything on these nutty TSA reqs.

I swear in a few years we are going to have to send new pilots to get full body screenings and rectal exams just to be able to teach them to fly. It's getting a bit ridiculous.
