Well, car bombs and truck bombs have been used before, but its impossible to control access to them, since there are so many vehicles.

I'd think it'd be the same for general aviation aircraft. Though I could be proven wrong......

Should the TSA begin to screen GA aircraft, crews, and passengers, one would like to think fuel testers w/ screwdrivers on the tips won't be a banned item . . . but with the TSA you never know.
 
Signature at BWI scans you. I saw a guy flying a Cherokee (by himself) get a pocket knife taken away from him. What the hell is he going to do highjack himself.
