Re-open CTI Announcement

Does anyone know when they are supposed to re-open the CTI announcement? Weren't they supposed to re-open it right after the panel? I know there is a panel coming up in March and I was just hoping they open it for that one.

Word on the street is they will open the new CTI announcement after they launch Aviator which is also rumored to be January.
