Took my camera on a couple trips. . .

Picture:
1. McKinley and Foraker
2. 737-400 panel
3. Big rock
4. Winglet with same big rocks in background
5. "The Valley." The Mat-Su valley, Palmer and Wasilla where I live

. . . and a couple more

1. Meandering river in SW Alaska
2. The 737-400 Combi. It'll fit 4 of those containers in the front cargo compartment, then a 72 seat passenger compartment in the back of the plane.
3. Kotzebue
4. 737-900 Panel as we climb through 20K. You can see the yellow EGPWS spot of Mt. McKinley just above and to the right of the finger smudges.

Nice pics:)

Being based in Anchorage do you do alot of intra-Alaska flying? Or have you done many routes in the Lower 48?

It's winter.
I'm junior.
Been seeing a lot of the arctic lately! All the winter-wonderland garden spots, Nome, Kotzebue, Bethel, Fairbanks. March has some Barrow and Prudhoe Bay thrown in...

We have routes to the lower 48, but I haven't done many. April has a few more trips that venture south of Anchorage, so we'll see...

Very nice my father in law just retired off the -200 last Wed evening. His last flight was up to Red Dog mine.

Keep the pictures coming. :)

That's cool looking. It seems obviously apparent that the glaciers cut right through those mountains. I really need to take the family up there someday. I hate winter so I'm assuming the middle of July is about the best time? :)
