Nevermind the $500 referal thing....:) ....But...we are hiring...and I do have a computer with "Word" on there for referals. I think mins are at 1000/100 now.

Republic Airways is looking for First Officers and we would like your help. We know from past experience that new hires who join the company through employee referrals are excellent contributors. To help with our tremendous growth we are asking for your assistance in recruiting qualified First Officers to join the Republic Family.

If you know a qualified pilot who would be a good addition to the Republic Team, it could be worth $500.00 to you!

Refer applicants who meet the qualifications to Human Resources using the First Officer Referral Bonus Form, this form may be found on www.myrjet.com under Company Forms.

Here are the rules:

1. All Company employees are eligible to refer candidates.
2. You must submit a referral form identifying your candidate to HR by September 4, 2007. The referral form must be received prior to the candidate submitting his or her application.
3. The candidate’s application must be received by September 5, 2007.
4. If two or more associates refer the same candidate, only the first associate to refer the candidate will receive the bonus.
5. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Republic’s policies and procedures.
6. The referring associate must be employed by the company when the payment of the bonus is made.
7. The referral bonus will be paid to the referring associates within 30 days of the candidate’s successful completion of IOE.

I am scheduled for an interview with RAH on Thursday March 08, 2007.
I just hit 1400TT and 126 MEL. 01 Turbine. Furthermore, I do have my ATP -121 Written and (BA) Degree. Any and all help appreciated. Yes! I am aware of aviationinterviews.com

What are the chances of getting an IND base out of training? Not that I'm ready but I'm an INDY boy and republic would be the first choice def and thought I'd ask. Very curious about how things are looking for the future and how IND would be looking these days as a base?

Why drive a cadillac when you can drive a sports car (the 145)? The "barbie jet" is awesome!!

Anyone know what CHQ is doing with the 50-seaters in the Northeast? I know at my airline we are going to see an increase of LGA/BOS flying in the coming months due to CHQ getting out of those markets with the 50 seat jets. Are they going to be replacing them with 70-seaters? Moving them out of the US Airways system altogether? Or just shifting the flying? I'd think this would have a pretty big impact on some of their east coast bases (i.e. RIC has a TON of RIC-LGA and RIC-BOS).
