Wondering how Morale is at Pan Am. Considering how stressful a total immersion program is and how much each student has at stake, it must be hard sometimes to keep on the up and ups.

What are some of the programs or things that Pan Am does to keep the morale up?

Not a whole heck of a lot. I do remember one BBQ about 8 months ago, and there are the random pizza dinners if a meeting is called, or there is a special speaker coming to campus. It ends up being the students that keep each others morale up. I play Nickel/Quarter poker w/ small group every week or so, which gives us a chance to drink some bru-haha, and bbq some grub. I imagine that the administration believes they aren't in the entertainment business, so planning and spending $$$ on anything other than training doesn't even hit the radar.
