Anyone on the board had experience with or have knowledge of Executive Jet Management and/or Freight Runners as potential places of employment as a pilot? (Yes, I realize they are vastly different operations.)

Freight Runners is 24/7 on call, but better pay than the alternatives. I couldn't hack the schedule personally - the UPS ramp schedule wasn't bad, but the schedule for on-demand guys is f-ing terrible, went back to Martex. The equipment at Freight Runners is decent, I never really saw anything too sketchy MX wise that you wouldn't see elsewhere in the 135 world. They have paperless charts, and a few other cool things. The folks running the place are smart. I wouldn't do it again as an on-demand guy, the UPS guys have an OK - but still not ideal schedule.
