I am currently a regional airline pilot, but I am debating about making the switch to become an Air Traffic Control Specialist. Does anyone have any insight about this career move? Also, what specifically are the steps to becoming ATC? Also, does anyone know how difficult/how long it would be to get positioned in Kentucky (more specifically, Louisville--either LOU or SDF or approach)? Thanks!
