In regards to medical visits within the last three years; what exactly defines a "Routine"? The app says routine dental, eye, and periodic FAA exams may be excluded.

I see my Opthamologist once a quarter for a routine pressure check and other maintenace items for my glaucoma. At my last 1st class exam I was told by the AME those aren't routine and all must be listed?

Your AME is correct. These visits are for the treatment of glaucoma, not just to check your need for refraction.
