Purdue Police at it Again

This is non aviation in nature, but a good clue into how the Purdue Police operate. Today I was waiting for the bus at the Armory to go down to the airport to fly the Frasca. Well, golly gee, there are four Purdue cops on bikes writing tickets to other bicyclists. I heard the cop say to one that you need to obey all traffic laws and that you cannot turn on red at that intersection. I'm waiting for the day when I'll be ticketed for J-Walking on campus. I had my camera and took some pictures of the event. The TV news was there covering it. If only I could post the pics up here.

Glad to see the Purdue Police are continuing to put their time to good use. Can't say I'm surprised though.

They need to find something better to do.

Oh yeah, another advantage to being in Indiana: you can pay MORE to have points removed from your license. So, pay more money, get no points on your license.
