You're not going to get an answer because there is no doc anymore. But it is Hemp protein, not THC protein.

Don't know about drug testing, but some of my granolas have hemp.
I don't know whether to eat it, smoke it, or tie a knot in it.

During the second World War, the main suppliers of hemp in the world were under Japanese control. People planted hemp domestically to have enough rope. Including one field in Ohio.
Fast forward, and they built an Interstate highway through that field, with a big, wide median. Took them a while to figure out why so many cars were pulling into the median for a break.
