Might need a med records request via OKC?Where can I find previous 8500 forms on MedExpress so I have accurate previous doctor visit dates for the next visit? This will make filling out the 8500 form much easier.
No. He showed me where, but I can't find it now.Might need a med records request via OKC?
It won’t help now, but going forward - I keep a Pages file with dates, names, and addresses. Any time I go to a doctor or specialist, I add it to the top. When it’s time to submit a medical I delete everything more than 3 years old off the bottom. Additionally, I have a note of the boxes to check YES and the appropriate dates and dispositions. Never guess again.
That only works if you actual reimburse yourself instead of letting that chedda stack. If I remembered to do that every time, I could probably remember the last 3 years as well. My hack - look at the transactions on my HSA account for the last 3 years. I don't know many doctors that work for free...
I’m pretty sure it explicitly says that regular dental visits do not count. And possibly routine optometrist visits. Also you’re allowed to consolidate for example the year I had multiple dental/endodontist visits for a crownFun fact - the 3 year look back maxes at 20 entries. If you follow it to the letter of the law (dentist, dr visit, optometrist, EVERYTHING) there aren’t enough entries available for a full 3 year history. Thanks, Obama.
Really? Where does it say that?I’m pretty sure it explicitly says that regular dental visits do not count. And possibly routine optometrist visits. Also you’re allowed to consolidate for example the year I had multiple dental/endodontist visits for a crown
