HI
I am new to this site and feel it would be helpful.

and work in customer service at a utiility company. I am looking at flight dispatching as a possible career change and know one would need to start at a regional before a major airline. I also know a regional starting pay is around $28,000 a year. Does anyone know what the general topout pay for regionals are? and approximately how long to get there? I make around $40,000 now and wonder if I can recoup ok if I invested in going to dispatch school and starting over. I am also concerned I may not get hired at my age, or get looked at by majors. If anyone can comment, it would be appreciated.
Thanks!
