PM Problem!

I have had this issue now with a few users. I send someone a PM and the other user replies, but their message is not showing up. All I see is the Quoted message I send them. First I thought they accidentally replied without typing a message, but this has happened now a few times.

Any idea?

have you cleared your cache/cookies lately?

are you getting email notifications showing the message copies?
