PIRA?

Perhaps you're referring to the "Pilot Records Improvement Act" (PRIA)? ... Try searching under this phrase. Basically, your previous employers are required to submit records of training and checkride performance to a prospective employer.

Thanks, that must be it. I was reading an interview gouge and the author mentioned a problem he had to address in under "PIRA"... I didn't know what PIRA (or PRIA for that matter) was, so I did a search on it and couldn't find anything. Now I know why... thanks again.
