This Piper is in excellent condition and must be one of the nicest Cherokees soaring the skies. Exterior 8/10, Interior 9/10, Mechanical 10/10. I have digital copies of the logbooks as PDFs that can be sent via email at the buyers request and will deliver for an additional fee + expenses. Please note, the prop was painted black and the spinner white when it was overhauled in January, so I will take some updated photos, along with the Transponder/Pitot/Static logbook entry the next time I head to my hangar.

Please note that the airplane has Lycoming cylinders, I just installed the Titan rocker valve covers because I liked their appearance.

Wish I could buy this right now, Just got checked out in this same plane and love flying it good luck with sell!

BUMP - Still for sale and accepting offers.

So if my 140 is half as nice with similiar hours, same 4 seats, but only 1 Navco radio- I could get the $30K invested for similiar price?
Yeah, Yours is one heckuva opportunity, buy it, fly it 250 hours and flip it- 4 times before fresh engine.

Congrats. I wish I could have pulled the trigger on this one.

Are you looking for something that is IFR ready? If not my uncle is selling his 1947 Stinson 108 for around the same price. Let me know if you're interested and I can get you the sales sheet.
