Thanks to those that have filled out the survey, I do realize I left out a lot for people that are not 121 drivers. Sorry to all those 135, 91 guys out there. My paper encompasses all pilots with an emphasis on 121 guys. Thanks again and keep them coming.

Just a quick question...

What's up with the "Have you ever been arrested?" question? An arrest doesn't mean anything. A conviction, on the other hand...

Note: I've never been arrested myself.

Did it... best question was on Seniority I think... as a furloughed Mesa guy myself, I checked all three as I went from top third in base all the way to the bottom of the barrel.

Side note: Recent changes in the medical certification process require disclosure of certain arrests, regardless of the disposition.
