DynCorp Quetta, Balochistan Pakistan, International:<BR />Job Summary<br />The Rotary Wing - Instructor Pilot is responsible for conducting rotary wing crewmember training and evaluations, standardization administration, i.e. flight records, AWIS, publications and references. &nbsp;<br />Principal Accountabilities<br />Monitor flight instruction to include aircraft transition training, annual proficiency reviews, and flight evaluations. &nbsp;Assist key managers in providing RW program oversight. &nbsp;Initiate, conduct, and supervise training within the assigned area of responsibility to meet the contract objectives of contractor training. &nbsp;Provide aviation mission support and flight instruction, aircraft transitions, annual proficiency reviews, and flight evaluations. &nbsp; &nbsp;Process and report operational and training evaluation results. &nbsp;Develop/and review flight publications and manuals.Conduct academic and hands-on performance training and administers evaluations to ensure crewmember proficiency and standardization of training in addition to maintaining individual IATFs and completing AWIS entries.Ensure all rotary wing RCMs and NRCMs are fully integrated into the ATP, train and evaluates RCMs and NRCM&#8217;s in their designated aircraftEnsure compliance with all Standardization Directives, Aircrew Training Manuals, and ATP requirements.Develop individual flight training plans in support of the organization&#8217;s mission and ATP.Oversee maintenance of crewmember flight records, weight and balance calculations, and risk assessments. &nbsp;Maintain knowledge of additions and changes to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation integral to contract operations. Train and qualify crewmembers to fly both single and multi-ship day, night, and Night Vision Goggle (NVG) missions; primarily under visual and instrument meteorological conditions; required to maintain NVG currency and Instrument proficiency.May be assigned duties as Pilot, Pilot-in-Command, Instructor Pilot, Air Mission Commander, or Flight Lead.Performs other qualified duties as assigned.<br />Knowledge &amp; Skills <br />Branch 15 Aviation MOS series or other military/commercial equivalent is required . &nbsp;Qualification in assigned aircraft before or incident to assignment.Documented completion of a manufacturer&#8217;s course of instruction, military flight training or a DoS program of instruction in designated aircraft.Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of aircraft systems, components, and operations.Thorough knowledge of FAA and ICAO regulations pertinent to operational requirements.Complete understanding of the ATP, and as such must be able to provide guidance to all RCMs/NRCMs as well as recommendations for improvement and modification to the existing ATP to ensure compliance with current and future mission requirements. Possess a current US Passport or the ability to obtain one before assignment.Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel highly desired.Individual must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance as a condition of employment. &nbsp;A current DoD Secret Security Clearance is preferred.<br /><br />&nbsp;
