Pilot Ratings

Ok, so I was reading Flying magazine and someone asked the question; "Does anybody have every pilot rating that you can get, barring aircraft type ratings?" I thought I'd pose the question here and see who has the most ratings, and see if you know of anybody who has every rating? If you can guess the two people mentioned in flying with every rating, I'll buy you a cookie!
