The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent pilot skills, a willingness to work a flexible schedule, strong customer service and communication skills, and must demonstrate integrity and a dedicated work ethic.<br /> <strong><br />RESPONSIBILITIES </strong><br /><ul><li>Work within the Aviation Department to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service</li><li>Retain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft and ensures that the proper documents are on the aircraft prior to commencing a flight</li><li>Direct the activities of the First Officer</li><li>Make decisions as necessary to the start, delay, or cancellation of the flight, or deviation from a planned destination when operating conditions dictate</li><li>Plan and execute flights within the regulatory limits of the governing authority and within the performance limits of the aircraft</li><li>Assist the passengers by loading and unloading baggage, and provide for passengers’ needs as required</li><li>Maintain current required licenses and certificates to comply with company, ICAO, and FAA requirements</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of, and adhere to regulations, including recent flight experience and SOPs</li><li>Performs any other duties activities and projects as assigned by management</li></ul>
