Pilot benefits

Hey. I was just wondering how the benefits are in the pilot industry. Im sure most cfi jobs dont offer benefits, but what about regional? cargo? I really hope they do to make up for the lousy pay:D
 
Skywest offers the typical benefits that most corporations offer. Health, Dental, Vision, Family Assistance, Health and Childcare Savings Plans, Short-term/Long-term Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Legal Assisance, 401(k) Match, Stock Purchase Program, Stock Options, College Savings Program. Then there are the travel benefits. Everything from free passes to "service charge" and mileage-based reduced-fare passes on most major airlines as well as inclusion in interline discounts to resorts, hotels, car rentals. You can go anywhere in the world for a fraction of the full-fare cost (provided there are open seats).
