Piedmont

SBY has a really high cost of living. Management is a joke. Great place to learn a lot, but also a place to get in and get out. Don’t sign a long lease. Also the number of folks that have successfully made it from Piedmont directly to the motherland in the last few years can be counted on ET’s big finger. Union is also in bed with mgmt so don’t expect much on that end either. If you want AA, go to Envoy. Piedmont and PSA are the redheaded stepchild that sits in the corners and eats boogers while Envoy sits center stage in the spotlight. Either way the father doesn’t recognize them as his so he’s not at the show anyway. If you wanna stay at Piedmont for 30 years and love living next to a chicken farm, go to SBY.
 
Honestly take the first offer. If you have an offer there, just go and get your 1 year exp to be eligible for majors. Time is ticking, and majors aren't going to hire as much as they did in the past 2 years.

Heck if you really don’t like Piedmont, just make a lateral move after a few months.
