Picture Placing ??

You click the picture icon and place the location of the picture (url) between the img tags:

]img[ http://youngsci.files.wordpress.com/2007/09/tired-yawn.jpg ]/img[

][ are reversed for display. the above would result in this:

tired-yawn.jpg

And if you are posting personal pictures, they have to be 'living' somewhere on the internets for the img tag to see. For instance you can directly link to your pictures @ flickr, Picasa etc.
