PIC time vs SIC time

Leave....You have good experience, you've crossed the 1000TPIC mark, why stay? The 1000TPIC mark didn't come out of thin air...If you've crossed the line it's pretty much assumed that you've been battle-tested especially at a regional. You've done your share of garbage-repo flights with broken planes. 0500 reports to frozen snow covered planes. 0100 delayed departures waiting for storms to pass etc....

Let me add my $.02. Being a CA at a regional is a tough gig, way more difficult than being an FO at a major/LCC which is probably the easiest job in aviation.
