PHX area medical transport

In my experence, its always my fault.
So here's the story; my elderly MIL is currently in the PHX area, lives in a senior assisted living complex, and will soon need to transition to full nursing care. My wifes family would like to see her moved to a facility closer to my wife or one of her sibs. They all live out of state and/or far enough away that air transport would be the only real safe option I think. Any of you sky pirates have any ideas who would be a quality operation to speak with regarding this? I don't think moving her on a regular airline is a good idea, she has issues enough that an attendant/nurse would likely be needed. The MIL has resources, so I'm not too worried about getting the bill paid, we just want it done professionally and safely.

I would still (without further elaboration on underlying conditions, and distance to travel) recommend just airline. Buy an extra seat or two for the nurse, arrange transportation inside the terminal, and ensure its direct flight. If thats not an option, for whatever reason, there are certainly charters that will fit the bill.

Edit: Apprx distance to be flown, and level of care needed pls. I might have some friends in the MEDEVAC sector to ping if its that intensive

I’ve been doing medevac for 5 years and unfortunately all I can offer is a good luck because I understand less of the “who flies where with which operator” now than I did when I started.

We’re still working out where she’s going to go, closest would be the SFO or SAC area, furthest would be here in CVG. Her care level; memory/awareness/confusion issues, mobility issues, incontinence, Parkinson’s, can get agitated, maybe more. Really she ought to be in nursing care now, her assisted living facility doesn’t have the resources to care for her anymore. She’s a sweet old dear, and like I mentioned shes got resources, the family would prefer she not go through the whole airline scene.

Would regular charter work - particularly if you could fly a nurse or caretaker with her and then fly that person back? I don't know how that compares to a dedicated medical transport.

Air Care 1. I believe they are out of SDL. Have a few former partners who worked there in the past, seemed to be a decent Lear operation. They also do airline medical escorts as well.
