I do not have a very wide variety like I normally do. Since I got my CFI I have really only flown three different planes.

The Commander was restored by a local guy. He spent four years and a lot of money on it. The poor guy died just before it was finished and willed it to his son. His son doesn't have his multi rating so I fly him around in it.

Hope you liked them,

Nice pics. The inside of the Commander looks awesome, but not the outside!

It is pretty much a fixture at GED. I am sure you have seen it before.

I was finally able to put a face to your name (through proflight's website) and was hoping to see you at GED one day. Then you go an get a job flying jets! Congrats, but I guess we'll never get to meet each other!

Never say never! I will at the very least have to come back to Maryland to get my car sometime next year. Georgetown Air Service had me so good and pissed off earlier this year I never went back--except twice where I shut down in the runup block and cancelled with a cell phone and then took off again, buying fuel at RJD on the way home.

It is under new management now. Much, much better management.

Yes they did. I also work one or two weekends a month. The moral of the other employees has gone up dramatically. The guy you had a problem with is actually very, very nice now. I really like him now.

What lens are you using for those up front pics...it seems really wide! I'm just wonding cause I'm thinking of buying a 12-24 or a 10-20 to get wide up front shots (nikon).

Thanks, I think you just sealed the deal for me with the 10-20, it was that or the tokina 12-24, but you probably were at 10mm for some of those pics and they were amazing. Mind if I ask what camera you are using...plus maybe some tips to get the fill flash to work like that. (camera setting?)

I use a Canon 400D now, some of those photos were with a D60. In order to get nice photos, I use the P mode, -2 exposure. I also hold the camera upside down. If you do not do this, you get that oval shaped shadow you can see at the bottom of the photo of me.

Nice shots Alex!

The Commander looks like fun (on the inside)

I know I asked you before, what was the Piper with the EFIS?
