If the airline doesn't have a policy in effect to protect the children, they are irresponsible and will be sued when an incident happens. If they have a pro-active policy in place to protect the children, they are sued for discriminatory behavior. :dunno:
I guess the answer is to no longer accept anyone under 18 from traveling unless they bring two escorts who will be required to be seated on both sides of them.
I suppose that too would provoke a lawsuit.

I'm surprised the airlines haven't stopped taking anyone under 18 years old without a parent/guardian. It just seems like it would be more of a liability than a benefit.

I wanna meet whoever decided to sue the airlines for this and kick them in the nuts.
As with everyone I don't care if I'm an assumed pedophile, I don't want those kids anywhere near me.
In fact it probably was some pedophile that was sad he can't creep up on kids and so he decided to sue.
