Their primary role is to provide timely and pertinent passenger service and passenger information to the System Coordinators and Dispatchers regarding critical information.</p><p> </p><p>Primary Job Duties:</p><p> </p><ul><li><span>Serve as a liaison between Passenger Service and Safety/Security departments</span></li><li><span>Serve as the primary liaison for all international customs paperwork and procedures </span></li><li>Assist System Coordinators and Dispatchers with information regarding passengers, connections, protection, and irregularities</li><li>Serve as a liaison between Passenger Service and Dispatch to assist in customer satisfaction, reliability, and rapport between departments</li><li>Assist in training the Passenger Service department in the OCC, with various AO techniques</li><li>Provide reporting in relation to decision making and operational opportunities</li><li>Attend Passenger Service training to maintain currency</li><li>Provide OCC customer service advocacy insight, regarding cancellations, delays, and reflow</li><li>Part-Time and Full-Time positions available</li><li>Remote options available</li></ul> <br><Strong>
