Successful business aviation firm located in Kennesaw, GA seeks a strong and dynamic International Dispatcher with a minimum of five years of experience dispatching Part 135 and Part 91 international trips, successful supervisory or aviation management experience in a Part 135 Charter Operation to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Shall be responsible for overseeing Dispatch/Operations staff.
  • Shall be responsible for training Dispatch/Operations staff.
  • Shall work with the Director of Operations (DO) to establish and implement policies and procedures in the Dispatch/Operations office.
  • Must possess long-term vision to develop policies and procedures that will lend critical elements to continued development of a world-class aviation organization.
  • Shall work with the Director of Operations with the interviewing and selection process for qualifying and approving new Operations staff.
  • Shall work with the Operations Managers to ensure trips are built accurately and FAA compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Shall work with the company Safety and Security Manager to monitor and improve company security measures and procedures.
  • Shall communicate with clients, industry operators, vendors, and other company departments in a pleasant, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Shall be willing to share in the assigned on-call schedule, including the potential for late nights and weekend shifts.
  • Shall be willing to assist other members of the Flight Operations department as directed by the Director of Operations.
