Overflying an AD

Let's say you have 4 hours left on an AD inspection that is 50 hours for a piston single cessna, but you know the flight you are going to do is over 5 hours. You takeoff before the inspection is due and land exceeding the 50 AD requirement. Is this legal to do according to the regulations?

I've read 91.213 and it talks about not being allowed to takeoff after the inspection is due.

No grace period for ADs like for 100 hour inspections. And even the 100 hour grace period wouldn't allow the flight you describe (assuming the 100 hour rule applied).
