Outline for BFR?

I was doing a BFR today and randomly covered the topics off the top of my head. It would be much easier to have a general outline listing what should be covered. Does anyone have one they could share? I would like to make one and am just looking for ideas ... I concentrated mostly on airspace, sectionals, and various parts of Part91.

I usually use ASA'a "Guide to the Biennial Flight Review"

It's a good outline of what should be covered and gives good examples of questions. But, every Flight Review is going to be different, I'll find out the flying the pilot does most and try to taylor the questions and flight to do things they might not have seen in a while and bone up on some manuevers..

I like to use the FAA's own AC 61-98A (and the appendix 1 of that AC) which is a nice sample flight review plan and checklist. I've modified a few things to conduct the review the way I like, but it's a good starting point. You can find the AC on the FAA website.
